Responsive Design and Style Guide
Based on the briefing, I conducted qualitative research with clients, which resulted in:
- The identification of three different personas, each with distinct journeys;
- Key pain points and needs such as legal insecurity, frustrations with real estate agents, and the desire for human and professional support.
This directly influenced the final design. The landing page was structured around two main flows: one for users looking to buy or invest, and another for those interested in selling.
In addition, property categorization tags and filters were implemented to help guide users more efficiently through the experience.
